This has created several challenges for passengers, airlines, and the airport staff.

We cannot avoid acknowledging that there have been more challenges than expected. All equipment in the new terminal is new, and the airport staff must first learn how to use it. This means that there are slightly longer waiting times at check-in and security.

We hope for understanding for the staff, who are making a huge effort to ensure that all travelers depart safely and well.

We are aware of the challenges and are working hard to improve conditions at the airport.
