At Nuuk Airport, you will find a children’s area in the upper waiting area. Here, children can play games on an interactive screen, try the Twister wheel and explore a wooden aeroplane mounted on the wall with different interactive elements.
The area gives children a place to play and move around while the family waits for departure.
Facilities for children vary at our other airports. Some have playgrounds nearby, while others offer smaller activities such as slides, swings or activity areas.
Feel free to ask the staff at the airport you are travelling from about the activities and facilities available for children.
