Passengers with disabilities have the same rights to comfort and services as all other passengers. A disability should never be an obstacle to traveling or using services in our airports.
If you require assistance, please inform your airline or travel agency in advance, typically at least 48 hours before departure. This applies to assistance through the airport and onboard the aircraft.
Greenland Airports complies with EU regulations, which require all airports in Europe to provide assistance to persons with reduced mobility (PRM).

Our staff are trained to recognize and assist travelers wearing the Sunflower symbol, indicating both visible and invisible disabilities.

Disabled parking is available and Nuuk Airport near the terminal entrance. There are also elevators and wheel-chair friendly paving and flooring in all areas of the terminal.
