Soft luggage must be handed in as Odd-size

To help reduce the load on the baggage carousel, all soft luggage must handed in at odd-size starting August 1, 2024.

Soft luggage, such as sports bags, backpacks, duffel bags, and similar items, should be placed in the odd-size cart located by security right after you have checked in. Regular luggage (hard luggage with or without wheels) should be dropped off as usual.

Check-in staff will also inform you if you need to drop off your luggage at the odd-size area. This is a temporary measure until a permanent solution is in place. We cannot yet say when this will change, but we will announce any updates as soon as we have them.
