Whistleblower scheme at Greenland Airports

At Greenland Airports, we prioritize accountability, integrity, and transparency in our daily operations. To support this, we have established a whistleblower scheme that allows employees, customers, suppliers, external partners, and citizens to report serious matters anonymously and in good faith.

How does the whistleblower scheme work?

The whistleblower scheme has been established in collaboration with the law firm Nuna Law, which receives and processes reports via the whistleblower portal.

Anyone can use the scheme to report serious matters. Reports are handled confidentially, and it is possible to remain anonymous. Nuna Law ensures that information is processed professionally and in accordance with applicable legislation. Reports are assessed individually, and appropriate actions are taken if necessary.

What can be reported?

The whistleblower scheme covers reports regarding:

  • Gross errors, irregularities, and negligence in Greenland Airports’ case processing, administration, and public service
  • Serious violations of internal guidelines and policies
  • Reasonable suspicion of serious violations of legal obligations

What cannot be reported?

The whistleblower scheme is not intended to handle:

  • Personnel and employment-related conflicts unless they involve serious violations such as harassment or retaliation after a whistleblower report
  • Minor breaches of internal guidelines that do not have significant consequences
  • Complaints about daily management or general cooperation issues unless they involve serious matters
  • Dissatisfaction with working conditions, salary, promotions, or other HR-related issues
  • Cases that fall outside Greenland Airports’ business scope

 

For these types of cases, we encourage them to be handled through existing internal channels, such as the immediate manager, HR department, or employee representatives.
